• Usage data — pages visited, searches performed, and features used.
• Uploaded images — card photos you submit for identification or review.
• Chat messages — text you send when using AI-assisted features.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

How We Use Your Data

• To power card identification and AI-assisted features.
• To personalise your collection and search experience.
• To analyse how the site is used and improve it over time.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

PitchPack Cards relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Anthropic / Claude — AI chat and card identification.
• Google / Gemini — AI-powered image analysis.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• SportsCardsPro — card catalogue data and pricing.

Images and messages you submit may be processed by these services to generate responses.

Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Uploaded images used for card identification are not stored permanently after processing.
• Usage analytics are retained for up to 24 months.
• On account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. All of these actions are available from your Account page. You may also contact us directly and we will respond within 30 days.
