  • You will not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the site in bulk without written permission.
  • You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent any rate limits or security controls.
  • You will not upload or submit illegal content, including content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You will not use the service to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
  • You will not use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the service.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PitchPack Cards uses artificial intelligence to identify cards, estimate prices, and answer questions. Please be aware:

  • Card identification results and price estimates are generated by AI and may contain errors.
  • Price estimates are for informational purposes only and are not financial advice. Do not make buying or selling decisions based solely on prices shown here.
  • AI systems can and do make mistakes. Always verify important information independently before acting on it.

User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any images or other content you upload to PitchPack Cards. By submitting content, you grant PitchPack Cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PitchPack Cards after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
