The 2025-26 Topps Premier League marks a historic homecoming — Topps returns as the official Premier League trading card licensee for the first time since the 2018-19 season, replacing Panini. Released in August 2025 (retail) and September 2025 (hobby), this debut edition sets the foundation for a new era of PL collecting. The base set features 280 cards — 14 players from each of the 20 clubs plus team badges — with special subsets (Full Force, Generation Now, Tekkers, Breakthrough Ballers) pushing the full checklist to 360 cards. It's comprehensive without being overwhelming, covering stars, rookies, and prospects across the league. The hobby box (.99) is the premium entry point, guaranteeing 1 autograph plus 2 additional auto/relic hits, 4 numbered parallels, 2 Chrome King inserts, and a Black Edge bonus pack. The 154-card autograph checklist is impressively deep — Cole Palmer, Erling Haaland, Alan Shearer, Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard, and Didier Drogba are all signers. Premier Relics add 60 memorabilia cards including an Ibrahimovic patch card with an Adidas logo. The insert tiers are brilliantly designed for different collector levels.
